Held under the patronage of President Dr. Mohamed Irfaan Ali and endorsed by Minister of Natural Resources Vickram Bharrat, the launch underscores Guyana's central role in regional energy development and the Caribbean's emergence as a global energy hub — supported by the Guyana Office for Investment.
