Ileana Ferber is the CEO and founder of Colibri Business Development LLC, a consulting firm that helps public and private entities in the energy sector design strategies that maximize economic growth in host countries, generate sustainable value, and advance the energy transition. She is also Senior Partner at CLC Solution, where she contributes her expertise in local content, industrial policy, and strategic development to strengthen energy sector performance globally. Before founding Colibri, Ileana built a 24-year career with ExxonMobil, where she gained extensive international experience in procurement and contracting for upstream operations across multiple regions. She joined Mobil Oil in Venezuela in 1998 and spent most of her career in Global Procurement, negotiating and executing complex service agreements that supported efficient and responsible energy development.
