Gail Meyer has over 20 years of experience in project management and leading implementation programs worldwide. With an degree in Business Administration (MSc) from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam (The Netherlands), she began her career at KPMG and has since delivered training, coaching, and consultancy projects for international and local organizations with the focus on Strategy, Leadership and Transformation. In 2016, she returned to Suriname and with Meyer Management Consulting as her base she co-founded Ondernemershuis Paramaribo, connecting businesses in Suriname with partners in the Netherlands and the Caribbean and in the recent years expanded to a more international client base. In 2019 she co-founded OTNV (Organizational Transformers) which she led for 5 years as CEO to become on of the leading consulting, training and coaching firms in Suriname. In 2022, she became one of the partners of Local Content Alliance focused on local content development and professionalizing the SME's in Suriname in anticipation of the oil and gas developments.

The main focus is always to promote partnerships and collaborations  with local and international partners, governments, industries, civil society organizations, and local communities and to invest in capacity building and technology transfer to strengthen local participation and innovation in her country Suriname. Throughout the years  she has always been predominantly focused on being a conscious advocate of  Equality, Diversity and Inclusion programs using her wide network and experience to empower women and financial independence using technology as a core enabler.
