Prior to joining Stryk Global Diplomacy, Dustman was a President Donald Trump political appointee and served as the Chief of Staff to the Secretary of the U.S. Air
Force, Dr. Heather Wilson from 2017 to 2018. Dustman has four decades of communications, leadership, sales and managerial experience in business,
government, and politics. Dustman served as Special Assistant to Commissioner Joe Mohorovic of the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission from 2014 to 2017. He was Campaign. Manager for former U.S. Representative Heather Wilson’s (NM-1) New Mexico U.S. Senate race from 2011 to 2012. Dustman served as then-Representative Wilson’s
Chief of Staff from 2001 to 2009. His congressional service also included: Chief of Staff for Representative Dave Reichart (R-WA), Communications Director for
Representative Phil Crane (R-IL); Communications Director/Legislative Assistant for Senator Conrad Burns (R-MT); and Deputy News Secretary for Senator Jack Danforth (R-MO).
